Home Inspections

Having your home inspected is a very important part of the home buying process and it is an essential step in your home buying contract.  After the contract price is negotiated the buyer usually has 10 days to have the home inspected for termites, plumbing leaks, foundation issues, etcetera  and its best to choose an inspector with a good reputation for finding these issues that can't visible be seen during the initial showing.  Here is a great link on home inspections
