Newcomers to Greenville, as well as those who have been in the area for a while, may not be aware of how diverse the Upstate is. That's where Upstate International comes in, hosting a month's worth of events promoting and highlighting the diverse cultures of Greenville and the surrounding areas.
There are events for children and adults, from films to coffee chats, to parades, to cooking, and a whole lot more. I think I will be attending this one :"Join the Daughters of the British Empire for an afternoon of fun, trivia, antique china and afternoon tea. Post Edwardian (early 1900s) costume welcome. Call 268-5955 to register." Seems like a must for "Downton Abbey" fans.
March 8 is the St. Patrick's Day parade, starting at 1:30 on Main St. It is organized by The Ancient Order of the Hibernians.

"Working with Gene Donohue was fun and non-stressful. He came highly recommended and he was very flexible and knowledgeable. Gene guided us through the entire purchasing process from looking at the property to closing on the house as efficiently as possible. He provided his personal insights on issues and helped in the negotiations. His positive attitude and patience with us was something I really appreciated as well. I felt like he went the extra mile for me and would definitely refer Gene to anyone. Thanks Gene. "
