About La Vera

Hi, I’m La Vera.

I help bring investment real estate opportunities together. I enjoy finding overlooked retail properties (the kinds of locations that can be improved, re-tenanted, or repositioned into stronger investments) & connecting them with the right operators, national brands, and investors looking for well-structured projects.

Before real estate, I worked third shift in healthcare in nursing homes. During quiet moments between rounds, I spent my nights reading everything I could find about financial freedom and generational wealth. One night my mom sent me a video about real estate… and I was hooked. What I realized quickly is that in business (and especially in real estate) relationships and networks often make the difference between an idea and an opportunity.

Today much of my work revolves around finding opportunities, building deal flow, and helping projects move from idea to reality. Alongside my real estate work, I’m also the founder of Free Agent, a technology platform we’re building to help real estate professionals collaborate, share opportunities, and operate more independently. I enjoy connecting with thoughtful investors, business owners, and partners who like building things that last.
