Meet Ashley Etheredge

Born in the small military town of Havelock, North Carolina, home to Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, and raised in Charlotte, I'm proud to serve buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating families throughout North and South Carolina as a Realtor with eXp Realty.

Since beginning my real estate career in 2020, I've had the privelage of helping clients navigate everything from first-time home purchases to luxury homes, new constructin, investment properties, commercial real estate, land, foreclosures, and short sales. Approximately 30 to 40% of my business each year comes from serving veterans and active-duty military families using VA loans. 

I thrive in real estate transactions that require strategy, creativity, and persistence. I love solving problems, negotiating on behalf of my clients, and helping people move forward. Whethere you're purchasing your first home, relocating to the Charlotte area, moving up to your dream or luxury home, selling a property, purchasing new construction, building an investment portfolio, or navigating a difficult situation, my goal is to educate you, advocate for you, and guide you with confidence every step of the way. 

Some of the most rewarding moments in my career have come from helping clients who felt like giving up. I have a particular passion for helping homeowners navigate challenging situations, including hardship, foreclosure, and short sales. I believe everyone deserves an advocate who will treat them with compassion, protect their best interests, and help them understand what options may be available.

As a Certified Mentor, Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Seller Representative Specialists (SRS), I believe an informed client is a confident client. I take the time to explain the process, answer questions, and ensure my clients understand their options so they can make informed decisions with confidence. 

Family is at the heart of everything I do. My husband and I have a blended family with four wonderful children, and we're actively raising our two daughters. We love traveling the world together, trying new restaurants, riding bikes, playing tennis or pickleball, and yes, we're definitely a family that appreciates a good nap.
