We’re Annie and Craig Nash, the husband-and-wife duo behind the Unleashed Advisors. Our journey into real estate began from personal experience — after several moves of our own, Craig realized that navigating the home buying and selling process could be so much better with the right guidance. In 2018, he stepped into real estate with a mission: to ease the stress for others walking through one of life’s biggest transitions. Annie followed in 2021, bringing a heart for service and a deep desire to help people not just find a house, but feel at home.

Together, we officially formed Unleashed Advisors in 2021, combining our unique strengths to serve buyers and sellers throughout the Upstate with excellence, compassion, and authenticity. Our teamwork—both in business and life—is built on trust, faith, and communication. We’ve been married for 22 years and are the proud parents of our beautiful 19-year-old daughter. Faith, family, and service are the cornerstones of who we are.
