About Wendy

Wendy Cohen is a REALTOR® serving Greenville and Columbia, South Carolina and a 4X ICON agent with eXp Realty, one of the largest independent real estate brokerage firms in the nation. Wendy is also a certified eXp Luxury agent and has received the Luxury desination though The Residential Real Estate Council as well. Wendy was recently featured on the cover of Real Producers magazine for being one of the top 100 agents in Upstate SC and she was also recognized as a 2025 Women in Business honoree by Greenville Business Magazine. Wendy loves the process of helping people find the home of their dreams or selling their current house. She enjoys home improvement projects and has used her skills while volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. Wendy has received multiple designations through the National Association of Realtors, included Seller Representative Specialist, Pricing Strategy Analyst, Accredited Buyer Representative, C2EX Certificate of Excellence, RELO Relocation Certification, Express Offers Certification, Certified Mentor with EXP Realty, and was featured in Top Agent Magazine in December of 2021.  Wendy has a long history of playing the flute professionally and teaching music. She has played for decades as principal flute with the South Carolina Philharmonic and second flute with the Greenville Symphony. Wendy graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina in 1995 with a degree in music and obtained a master’s degree in flute performance from the University of Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. She is also an avid runner and enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, gardening and spending time with her husband, Jeremy, who is on active duty in the Air Force. They have two Italian Greyhounds named Mia and Elly. She currently lives in Greenville and is a dependable hard working agent ready to go that extra-mile for you.
