My job is walk you through the home buying process step-by-step,  communicate with lenders and attorneys, make sure documents are easy to understand and accompany you to your closing appointment.   From beginning to end you will have me right alongside you.

There are loan programs for 1st time home buyers (have not owned a home in 3 yrs), loans for active and retired veterans, loans based on eligible areas, loans for police and firemen, loans for teachers, loans for medical personnel, loans for active SC National Guard, and more.

So let's get this ball rolling for you.  Let's see which down payment assistance loans you may be eligible for.   Complete the easy application at  As soon as I receive it, I will phone you.   Should you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me 864-908-1895  Marianne Princetta
