Imagine Upstate fueled by Scansource is a week-long series of events whose main purpose is to encourage students in the Greenville area ages 12-24 to get invloved in science, math, and technology. It starts on March 28 at CU-ICAR with the second annual Millenium Drive Car and Cruise. This is a free international festival, with food trucks-yay!-an international car cruise, and a German Biergarten, along with live entertainment. The event starts at 11 AM.

There are events all week, some of which are "Go Fly a Kite Day" at the Kroc Center, just south of dowtown Greenville, on Sunday, March 29, and Robotics on Wed, April 1. The complete schedule of events can be viewed here: http%3A/http%3A//

The week culminates on April 4 from 10-6 with a festival. Main St. dowtown Greenville will be lined with tents showcasing technology innovations in the Upstate.  There will be several other events as well: a robotics demo on the Bosch stage, and Roper Mountain Science Center will have a fantastic interactive science experience. There will be a trivia show, and the opportunity to make your own hovercraft! These events and more are all free. Sounds like great fun and education! Oh, and did I forget to mention? Thee is also a food truck rodeo :).

ree international festival, featuring an international car cruise, live entertainment, cuisine from around the globe, and an authentic German Biergarten.
